Return Policy

How do I return an item?

Here at our online store we make efforts to provide high quality products and service to our customers. We know that online purchases are not always at your expect when you receive your orders. You are required to contact us before sending the items back. Please note that we don't cover the shipping cost and handling charges of returns or exchanges. Also, we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. All merchandise must meet these guidelines below. 
  • All merchandise must be unworn. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition
  • Your return should contain the undamaged box and original packaging plus any accessories or extras that may have been included along with the shipment
  • Your return should be packaged in a protective box for shipping. Items returned with postage stickers on the original box will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to your protective box and NOT the shoe box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return. 
  • The return is valid up to 15 days after the receive date showed by the delivery tracking system. Please note that there is no guaranteed delivery date for return. Upon receipt, we process your return immediately and send a confirmation email. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email within a month of your return. After we have issued the return, please allow 48 hours for your bank to return the funds to your account. It can take a full credit card cycle before the return appears on your statement. 
 
Exchanges 
  • Exchanges are under the same guidelines as returns, they must be within 15 days of the receive date, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging.
  • We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.
  • Please be aware that we cannot exchange your order for a different style, simply place a new order for the replacement style. If you receive a merchandise that you feel unsatisfied with and would like to exchange for a different one, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer. Order Cancellation Please contact us in 24 hours after you pay if you want to cancel order. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
